On the Road Again

Just back from the field for a few days before I head north and homeward. What a great trip! Good meetings, great weather, and a lot of work ahead of me. The photo is me checking out a brown trout and a rainbow trout in one of the fish traps. Really I'm grinning like an idiot because I didn't fall in to the river when I balanced across the trap to look at the fish.

I love roadtrips with great conversations. The best philosophical challenge of the trip was write your autobiography in 6 words. It's based on a story Ernest Hemingway wrote: "Baby boots. For sale. Never worn."

I wrote one but it was crap. So I'm waiting for the universe to really speak to me before I share another one.

First the universe needs to help me write my talk for Saturday...
